We are training women from SHGs in Latur, Maharashtra in manufacturing and sales and marketing of low cost quality sanitary pads. The trainees are also being trained in accounts as well so as to holistically prepare them, not just to work in a sanitary pad manufacturing unit, but also to run and manage their own unit as a co-operative.
